Sleeper Agent is our Russian Imperial Stout conditioned in Willett Bourbon Barrels for 8 months. This beer was released with immediate consumption in mind, but we believe it can go under cover in your cellar as well.

On tap at SoPro's 3rd anniversary party.
A: Black with ruby highlights. Not much head; a thin tan topping that turned into a ring. Spotty lacing.
S: Molasses, brown sugar, anise, leather, chocolate.
T: Sweet, robust with molasses and brown sugar duking it out with semi-sweet chocolate. Warming only makes it better.
M: Medium to high with medium, chewy carbonation.
O: A solid RIS from Ben and the gang. Can't wait for this one to make it to bottles (then barrel aged).

Had SLEEPEЯ AGENT at the SoPro taproom, on nitro draft into snifter.
Most of this beer currently slumbers in whiskey barrels in the dungeons beneath SoPro. This non-barrel aged version is rare, and on nitro even moreso, but grab a pint if you can find it, while the monster sleeps.
