Not a fan of a kolsch. The lime throws it for a twist. Dry but not terrible.

Pours a hazed gold with 2+ fingers of cream colored head. Nice head retention & lacing
S: Grassy, lime & tea
T: Chamomile up front along with a little grainyness & grassyness, some lime on the edges. Chamomile dominates, along with a little lime, pear & dryness as this warms. Finishes dry with more Chamomile& little stronger lime
MF: Medium body, subdued carbonaton
Not a fam of Chamomile & was hoping for more lime or Kosch aspects, alright at best, one & done

12 oz can from ATL Kroger. No date.
Pours with a slightly hazy golden body and a good white head.
Dank aroma carries some lime but mostly differs from brighter, fruity flavor. Chamomile in the nose but largely masked by lime, hops and bready malts in the flavor.
Medium-light body with medium+ carbonation.

SPB Kölsch With Lime And Chamomile has an extremely thick, spongy, off-white head, a hazy, sediment-filled (tan) appearance, and heavy lacing. Aroma is of lime, spice, and sweet, white bread. Flavor is similar, and this product has a fluffy, medium body, finishing with a medium dry finish. RJT

Nice hazy light gold color with white cap.
Aroma first of flowers then lime zest, quite a refreshing combination. No hops that I can detect but a bit of sweet malt is evident.
Taste on entry is floral citrus quickly joined by honeyed malt. The zesty citrus is evident but flowers leads which by mid palate is joined by the mild malt. This is a refreshing brew that maintains these clean flavors into the aftertaste. Clean and refreshing without wandering off into bitterness or off flavors, nicely balanced.
Medium texture with balancing carbonation.
Overall a fine example of a citrus flavored Kolsch with a zestiness rather than heavy lime presence and a floweriness that comes from, well, Chamomile flowers. I know all that sounds sorta light weight but this brew presents a balanced taste unmarred by any heavy handed influences. Nice tightrope act that it pulls off well.

Had poured from 12-oz. can, stamped on bottom, "CANNED BY KEEZY ON 08/15/17," into solo cup for football tailgating, and again poured from like can into stange. On 2018 release, have had at Keg & Barrel, Hattiesburg, on draft into slender nonic pint.
If it isn't brewed in Köln, and contains anything other than water, malt, hops and yeast, it can't be a Kölsch. But I am a fan of Kölsch, having had those from several different breweries on two trips to Köln, and I also think the Germans need to loosen up a bit about the Reinheitsgebot. So I'm going to disregard the rules, and evaluate this Rotator series Kölsch-style ale as a Kölsch.
It looks right. The chamomile flowers are mildly evident up front in the aroma and flavor, and the lime zest shows in the back end of both. The chamomile, even though mild, may offend some. But the backbone is all Kölsch, and the lime merely adds to the expected drying Kölsch finish, in an overall excellent rendition of the style, which would go down fine in the Fischmarkt, Köln.
