Draft-only release at the SoPro Taproom, and on very limited basis locally. First had SoPro's Ale for ALS at the Taproom on draft into stemmed pint tulip. Tough call as to the style to assign to this brewery-described dry-hopped golden ale. It is far more than a blonde ale, although a bit muted in hop flavor and bite compared to the IPAs regularly being released by SoPro (probably due to the proprietary blend of hops used in each of the Ales for ALS). Still, on balance SoPro's dry-hopped Ale for ALS is less like an APA than a quaffable modern New England IPA.
