Had Ocular Drift at its March 2018 release at SoPro Taproom, on draft into tulip, and had a number of times after, poured from pint can, stamped on bottom, (canned on) "03/30/18," into (usually) nonic pint.
The dankest IPA brewed by SoPro to date is not an IPA for beginners, but ignoring the instructions on the can (“BEST WHEN FRESH!") took the edge off this hyper-hopped beauty, which became ever more drinkable over time, allowing full enjoyment of the citrus and other flavors, including herb, from the five hops.
