The SoPro Drinking Games ‘76 IPA version of this collaboration with Trimtab was initially released on draft and in pint can 4-pks. at the SoPro Taproom, and the Trimtab variant was released on draft and in 12-oz. can 4-pks. at the Trimtab Taproom, before both beers had a limited draft release in their local markets.
Had poured from pint can into nonic pint. SoPro’s version was brewed with oats, pineapple (Trimtab used mango), vanilla and lactose, and has been aptly described as a milkshake-style or line-blurring IPA, but it has just enough hop bite in the finish to keep the sweetness from overwhelming.
