Bo Knows is a limited draft-only release this time around. Had at the SoPro Taproom, on draft into tulip pint.
Pours light lemon-gold with clarity and 1/2-finger near-white head, which dissipates quickly but leaves some very nice sketchy lace. Aroma of sweet pilsner malt and, apparently, experimental hops. Begins with mild carbonation, pilsner malt, sweetness, and a crisp finish.
Brewed with all European ingredients, SoPro’s first pilsner deftly balances pilsner malts against crisp hops for a classic clean pilsner finish.
