Released at SoPro Taproom on draft in Dec. 2018, and in pint can 4-pks. in March 2019, I had Chateau de Bones at the SoPro Taproom on draft into tulip, and since several times poured from pint can, bottom stamped (apparently) canned on “02/18/19,” and usually into tulip.
Double dry-hopped with Nelson Sauvin, Loral and Barbe Rouge, this Brut IPA is, unexpectedly, hazy, but floral, herbal, tropical and even red berry notes abound in what, finally, drinks like an exquisite, dry-hopped Imperial American Pilsner—but with a very dry finish, of course.
