PINK fluff is returning just in time for some V-Day love. This is the drop 1 of 2 set for next Saturday (2/13/21) in the TAPROOM.
This is the most ambitious fluff to date in terms of the amount of fruit along with the variety of fruits. We decided to change the profile slightly for a more intense flavor but also a truer pink color. The results are a new and improved version bursting with fluffy marshmallow, cherry candy and tropical goodness.

This collaboration with GrateFull Soul, a restaurant a couple of blocks from the SoPro Taproom, is draft-only and was released at the Taproom and locally in late January 2019, before making very limited appearances in the Mississippi market. Had Pink Fluff at the Pig & Pint, Jackson, Mississippi, on draft into tumbler.
A beautiful beer with a head that resembles the namesake dessert, but disappears too quickly, and an aroma that dwells on its sugary sweet marshmallow aspects, but that ultimately delivers all the promised flavors of marshmallow, cherries, oranges and pineapple, and maybe even a hint of pecans, before a tart drying finish that demands the next sip.
Update: SoPro continues to tweak this beer. The 2021 (third) release pours bright salmon pink rather than ruby red, has a less sugary, dessert-like but far fruitier aroma, and is both less sweet and sour, and a far more balanced and better beer.
