My turn to sayAmost hazy gold, with a hugh white head. I will recede 2 inches but retain an inch and a half head that lingers. AROMA: Grapefruit, and nectarine citrus and pine nuts. malt backbone.
TASTE: Excellent! citrus that follows the aroma, malty on the palate.
Really smooth, malts are toasty in the after taste.
Southern Prohibition, has it going. Producing some great tasting beers.

Thank You - Double Dry Hopped was released on draft and in pint can 4-pks. only at SoPro Taproom for SoPro 6th Anniversary Celebration on May 18, 2019. Had poured from pint can, no date, into nonic half-pint, for comparison to regular Thank You.
With more hops and three more hop varieties than regular Thank You, the DDH Thank You is hazier, with a less magnificent head, but a bigger and more persistent and more tropical fruity aroma. Not as dank, probably due to dropping the Mosaic, but having a definite West Coast character as fruitier and much more bitter.

No canned on date, but released Saturday, 5/18/19 to celebrate SoPro’s 6th Anniversary.
Super hazy pour, pale golden yellow in color. Not too much rising head, but what does bubble up is white in color and fairly thin. It’s quick to fizzle our and settle to a comfortable ring around the inside of the beer. Small patterns of lace coat the glass.
Loaded up with citrus fruit on the nose. As it opens up, nice aromas of nectarine and honeydew also appear, and really complete the bouquet. Hardly any hops, a clear predominance of citrus and stone fruit.
A really great contrast from the nose.. let this one warm a bit; when served too cold it just can’t gain its footing. At about 10 minutes in the glass, it’s really prime. Huge citrus notes again, with grapefruit helping to bring out piney, grassy hops that even bring about a touch of black pepper flavors. The resiny hop flavors aren’t overpowering, however, and really rounds out the initial citrus flavors.
Medium bodied, with a mellow carbonation that’s fairly sharp but compliments that potent hop bite on the palate. Finishes smooth, not too much residual mouth coating.
