Quite possibly the best pilsner style beer in... since ever. It is my favorite american pilsner style beer produced. Please for the love of soup... make more. I would love to see... drink it year 'round.
Why? Did I mention it is great? I'll start with the mouthfeel. Excellent for a pilsner. Creamy, refined, and clean. Taste is exquisitely pilsner-esque with a smooth clean absolute wonderful flavor with a very small amount of sweetness and minimal breadiness. Hops are brilliant and only slight as it should be for this style, very clean. All taste is true to style. The nose is of slight hop characteristic and really seems specific to this beer and I will miss that smell as it makes me want to drink one more. Light golden color. It really is the closest I've had to a true Czech pilsner in the states.
I need more.

Ovations Bohemian Pilsner was released at SoProst 2019, SoPro’s annual Octoberfest, at the SoPro Taproom on draft and in 12-oz. 6-packs. Had at SoProst on draft into SoPro dimpled pint mug, and on draft into liter mug, and later had poured from 12-oz. can, no date, into pilsner glass.
This is not intended to be a big beer but an Octoberfest “crusher.” Still, Ovations has bigger malt than I expected, and the fruit and spice of the Czech hops show well, before a nice drying finish.
