A SoPro Taproom-only release on draft and in pint can 4-pks. on Sat., Nov. 16, 2019, except for a pre-release at the Taproom the night before for the Lumberjack Pub Crawl. Had poured from pint can, bottom stamped (apparently) canned "11/08/19," into Teku tulip 3.0.
Pours deep ruby red with a 1-finger light-pink head, soon gone. Aroma huge and continuing raspberry. Drinks the same, with a creamy marshmallow mouthfeel, and tartness following, until raspberry is interrupted by some tart lemon zest and the funky mango.
In sum, starts like Rübæus, then gets complicated.
