We took some oak sour stock and added a bunch of watermelon juice we made in house. This beer was conditioned on top of 20 pounds of pineapple gummy bears.

Drippin’ in Finesse was a very limited draft-only, SoPro Taproom-only release in fall 2018. Had in November 2018 at the SoPro Taproom on draft into tulip.
Pours bright peach-gold, with no head. Not what you might expect, as it’s perhaps SoPro’s most sour beer to date, with little evidence of gummy bears (unless pineapple gummies are really sour?), but a nice backing aroma and flavor of watermelon as warms, before a very dry almost effervescent finish.
