Day Star was a keg-only limited release in November 2020. Had at the SoPro Taproom on draft into tulip.
Pours a beautiful rosy gold, but the thin near-white head soon departs without a trace. Big fruit aroma off the pour, which fades, allowing tart bite to show, before cherry takes over. Not very sour or tart, this is fruit punch, over cracker malt, with a crisp finish.
