Coconut Macchiato Three Pumps Banana is a 10% imperial stout with lactose, banana, toasted coconut, and coffee. I brought in ghost bear espresso bland from the coffee magicians over at Mostra Coffee to put this thick and decadent stout over the top.

Cake Walk Coconut Macchiato Three Pumps Banana was a SoPro Taproom-only release in December 2020 on draft and in 16.9-oz. bottles. Had poured from 16.9-oz. bottle into snifter.
Pours appropriately deep brown rather than black, with 1/2-finger dark-tan head, which quickly dissipates to a thin ring, leaving the most minimal specks of lace. Big aroma of banana and then coffee off the pour, which is sweetened by lactose and joined by toasted coconut, and continues as warms. Begins with an incredibly smooth, thick and creamy body, then moderate banana, biting espresso and toasted coconut take over, before a moderate alcohol bite joins and carries through the thick, creamy finish.
At that ABV, it is an Irish banana machiatto.
