Sherbet Sherpa Pineapple and Lime was a SoPro Taproom-only, draft-only release on New Year's Day 2021. Had poured from 32-oz. crowler, purchased at SoPro Taproom on 04/10/2021, into Rastal Harmony oversized red wine glass.

Pours murky pineapple-gold with huge creamy near-white head, which eventually dissipates to a persistent film, and leaves a little nice sketchy lace. Lasting aroma of lime and vanilla. Begins nicely tart, then lots of pineapple and crisp, biting lime, over dry cracker malt and a little creamy lactose, leading into a crisp, tart finish.

The base of SoPro's excellent Sherbet Sherpa Berliner Weisse, with pineapple and lime as the fruit.
