Smoothie style sour with strawberries, bananas, coconut, and vanilla. We are really excited how this turned out, it is bursting with flavor!

Sherbet Sherpa Banana Split, a new version of Sherbet Sherpa (OG), was a SoPro Taproom-only, draft-only, release in July 2021, in conjunction with OG's fourth re-release. Had at the taproom on draft into tulip.
Pours murky peach with 1-finger off-white head, which quickly dissipates to a partial film and ring, but leaves sketchy lace. Nice, lasting aroma of banana, strawberry and vanilla, and a hint of coconut. Begins moderately tart strawberry, carried by carbonation into creamy banana, vanilla and a bit of coconut, before a just tart enough finish.
Don't know about banana splits, don't like bananas, and the tartness is a bit lacking in this Sherbet Sherpa, but the banana is strong, the strawberry is perfection, and I very much like this creamy, fruity beer.
