Savoiardi raspberry tiramisu imperial stout brewed with our good friends over Lupinus Artisan Ales.
This magical concoction is lush and vibrant, straddling the line between dessert and alcoholic beverage while showcasing flavors in conjunction with one another for an exciting yet comfortable experience. Thick and mouth coating with raspberry jam notes up front followed by milk chocolate and finishing with a nice vanilla latte flavor.
Conditioned with Grin Coffee Roastery Ethiopian blend, vanilla, raspberries, and cocoa nibs. Contains lactose.

Savoiardi was a small-batch, SoPro Taproom-only release in March 2021 on draft and in 16.9-oz. bottles. Had at the Taproom on draft into 12-oz. tulip, and later poured from 16.9-oz. bottle into snifter.
Pours absolutely black with 1- to 2-finger dark tan head, which dissipates to a persistent film but leaves splotchy lace down the glass. Aroma of raspberry off the pour, then mild chocolate joins, with a bit of vanilla, and some alcohol and perhaps a bit of coffee and even piney hops as warms. Begins smooth mild malt, with roast malts, sweet chocolate and raspberries all immediately following, and carried on a thick, palate-coating body, joined by a little sweet vanilla and coffee texture (but not flavor), into a sticky dessert finish, which is relieved, although only a bit, by some hop crispness.
A Ghirardelli chocolate raspberry square liqueur beer, and more.
