Ambrosia Fluff was a SoPro Taproom-only limited release on Black Friday 2021 in pint 4-pks. and on draft. Had poured from pint can, no date, into Rastal Harmony oversized red wine glass.
Pours hazy and then murky gold when can dumped with a fizzing, near-white 1/2-finger head which instantly dissipates to nothing, without a trace of lace. Aroma of pineapple, and then sharp citrus and sweet marshmallow, off pour, and continuing, and then something more earthy late, maybe a little coconut, pecan and/or cracker. Begins sharply citrus and tropically fruity, but with lactose smoothing it out a bit, then pecan and marshmallow join, with sharpness continuing, over a bit of cracker malt feel if not flavor, into a drying, fruity ever tarter finish.
A murky mess to your vision, if you dump the can, but an aromatic, flavorful and sharply refreshing Berliner Weisse to your palate.
