New Sherbet Sherpa sour. This thick version is dubbed the OJ (orange jules). sherbet base sour blasted with orange and tangerine purée then jammed full of vanilla.

Sherbet Sherpa Orange Jules was a SoPro Taproom-only release in May 2022 on draft only. Had at SoPro Taproom on draft into a type of pokal.

Pours murky deep orange-gold with a 1/2-finger off-white head resembling orange pith, because it is partially comprised of orange pith, which quickly dissipates and leaves only a few specks of lace. Aroma of sharp citrus and vanilla, and a little deeper fruit, all of which maintains nicely. Begins all citrus, then lactose smoothness carries it into vanilla, with citrus continuing for a biting but smooth citrus finish.

All 1970s mall kiosk vibe--but with real fruit--rather than 2020s sour craft beer.
