Fresh and New ? Yes, that’s right . . . a new Sherbet Sherpa sour only at the taproom. This go around we are channelling the happiest place on earth with our DOLE WHIP concoction. Pineapple soft serve, freeze-dried pineapple, pineapple purée, and plenty of silky smooth vanilla caviar.

Sherbet Sherpa Dole Whip was a SoPro Taproom-only, draft-only release in Feb. 2023. Had at the Taproom on 12-oz. draft into type of pokal.
Pours deep, murky gold, with all kinds of fruit and other floaties, and very little near-white head, leaving no lace. A little sour aroma off pour, then lots of sweet pineapple, with a little sweet vanilla as warms. Begins crisp, biting pineapple juice, with pineapple continuing through a little sour bite, then vanilla arrives to sweeten it back and make it creamy, all over a thick, chewy smoothie body, before a huge pineapple, crispy yet smooth finish.
An (ugly) fruit purée pour delivers a huge crispy pineapple smoothie sour.
