Czech-style 10 plato Bohemian lager. We had to make a crispy crusher and this is an old world interpretation made specifically for slow pours on our side pull taps. Classic yet delicious, the brewers' beer.

Ten Bohemian Lager was released at the SoPro Taproom on April 29, 2023, for "X," SoPro's 10 Year Anniversary party, on draft and in pint 4-pks. Had at the party on side-pull, slow-pour draft into 18-oz. rounded seidel, and later poured from pint can, bottom stamped (apparently) canned on "04/21/23," into pilsner glass.
Pours light straw-yellow, with 1-finger near-white head from can, with decent retention, leaving a little lace scattered down the glass. Floral and sweet malt aromas off pour, then a little sharp stone fruit, a little Noble hop spice, and growing herbal bite as warms. On tasting, begins carbonated crispy and mildly sweet malt, with big herbal and less spicy bitterness soon arriving, and carrying the malty body into a crisp but substantial finish.
An authentic, substantial Czech lager, on the herbal rather than spicy end of the Noble hop continuum.
