Wouldn’t be an anniversary if we didn’t make an IPA! Our Ten Year IPA is made with a fluffy malt base then crushed with Citra Incognito, Citra cryo, Wai-iti, Bru 1 and Idaho 7 hops.

Ten Year IPA was released at the SoPro Taproom on April 29, 2023, for "X," SoPro's 10 Year Anniversary party, on draft and in pint 4-pks. Had at the taproom on draft into type of pokal.
Pours tangerine juice hazy, with creamy 1- to 2-finger off-white head, with excellent retention, leaving rings of splotchy lace down the glass. Aromas of sharp stone fruit, mango and mild hop spice off pour, then tart tropical fruit and continuing sweet pineapple. On tasting, brief mild melon to start, quickly overwhelmed by citrus bite, which drops away a bit to reveal a creamy, mild malt backbone and body, and other fruits including pineapple, sweet and tart stone fruits, before returning for a big, biting, moderately citrus and finally a surprising (even if) moderate resinous finish.
Old school NEIPA from start, as appearance is cloudy rather than murky, nearly to finish, as it is rather warmingly resinous--which delivers the requisite juicy aromas and flavors over a pillowy body.
