New World Pils. Thiolized lager yeast low and slow fermented, our go to Pilsner grain bill, and equal parts hopping of Mouteka and Wai-iti. Heavy tropical and floral smells with Paloma like top notes. Crisp and crushable.

Golden Calculator was a SoPro Taproom-only release in July 2023 on draft only. Had at the taproom on side pull, slow pour draft into 18-oz. rounded seidel.
Pours straw gold with clarity and creamy 1-finger near-white head, with good retention, leaving splotchy lace down the glass. Crisp herbal aroma off pour, then aromas of a little mild malt, and as warms of limes. Begins smooth and mildly malty, with the malt body carrying through a crisp herbal hop bite, and into a hint of lime, before a crisp, clean finish.
Clean, simple, sophisticated.
