Viva La Gose was a SoPro Taproom-only release in July 2023 on draft only. Had at the taproom on draft into type of pokal.
Pours cloudy but bright raspberry red, with minimal near-white head, which immediately drops to a persistent ring, leaving little lace. Aroma of brine and fruit juice off pour, with aromas of pear and strawberry making their appearances as warms. Begins with nice citrus bite and then a little banana, and a little more sweet strawberry, over a lemonade body, then some pineapple and continuing strawberry leading into a nice, briny, citrus bite finish.
Wonderfully multiply fruited gose.
