Created to showcase one thing . . . peaches, duh. No lactose, just a solid kettle sour and peaches, it’s refreshing, juicy, crushable and light--perfect to enjoy on a hot summer day.

Peach Panther was released on May 11, 2024, for SoPro's 11th Anniversary on draft and in pint 4-pks., with a larger batch scheduled in 06/2024 for limited distribution. Had at the SoPro Taproom on draft into pokal.
Pours opaque peachy-gold, with 1-finger near-white head, with good retention, leaving a little sketchy lace down the glass. Aromas of cracker malt and sweet and tart peaches off pour, with peach aromas growing, but never overwhelming the underlying cracker. On tasting, begins big sweet peach and crisp moderate tartness, which together carry over clean cracker malt, into a very crisp, almost citrusy finish.
Clean and simple, focused on cracker, peaches and moderate kettle tartness.
