Rye Lager. A heavy dose of malted rye mixed with a beautiful bed of American Pilsner malt. Hopped with a blend of Loral and Wakatu. Fermented cool and slow. Gonna miss me when I'm gone.

Had I Know You Ryeder at the SoPro Taproom on side-pull, slow-pour draft into 18-oz. rounded seidel.
Pours bright, light, yellow-gold with big, creamy near-white head, with great retention, leaving chunky lace down the glass. Aroma of big pilsner malt and florals off pour, then aromas of a little grain and growing citrus as warms. On tasting, begins big, sweet pilsner malt, with some sweet orchard fruit, and crisp herbal bite, all carrying into a mild lime, very drying, clean finish, with just a bit of grain in back.
Lager beautifully balanced between the slightly-aggressive malt bill and Pacific Rim hops.
