L: Hazy copper gold color with a small fizzy head that slowly dissipates. Lots of sticky lacing on the glass.
S: Lemon and pepper from the Belgian yeast, Brett funk and some fruit, hints of white wine.
T: Tart white wine, Brett funk, Belgian yeast with lemon rind and some pepper. Finishes pretty dry, a very light hoo bitterness.
F: Medium body and higher carbonation.
O: A very complex beer that is very nice.
