A: The beer is hazy brownish red in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high light beige head that gradually died down, leaving a small patch of bubbles on the surface and a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of raisins stand out in the nose along with notes of other dark fruits and hints of spices.
T: The taste follows the smell and has flavors of raisins along with notes of malts and hints of spices. A bit of sweetness from the malts tries to peek out from beneath the spiciness.
M: It feels a bit more than medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I found this beer to be a lot spicier compared to other beers in the style, which are normally both fruity and sweet.
