Pours beautifully, crystal gold and creamy cap. Light, spicy hops on the nose, crisp, grassy-green smack of flavor on the palate. Malt finishes clean, with just enough backing.

Looks great poured into a tall glass live at the brewery.

Smells wonderful. Very grainy, straw, slight grass.

Tastes great too. A class act of a German pils.

Had it at the berry in a tall pilsner glass. Clear yellow color with good head and lacing.

Had it with their Rocket 100 which I liked better. Both beers smelled and tasted clean and refreshing. The Industry had a bit of a backbite and was more bitter the the 100. Enjoyed them both and they went well with the food served.

Fresh at the brewery on 12-8-18 and a crowler on 12-13-18
Brilliant, clean pale golden pilsner with a 1+" white head and great retention. Sticky lacing the whole way down.
Classic. Cracker/bready malts and spicy, grassy hops. Smells great.
Follows the aroma closely - bready malts / spicy hops. Simple and delicious. Drinkability is high.
Crisp, clean entry. Soft mouthfeel. Carbonation is good to the style.
This is an outstanding beer, true to style and very tasty. I'm a big fan. Big fan of the brewery as well...highly recommended.

A: Pours a clear golden/yellow color. A two finger white head forms, and recedes after a minute. Light lace.
S: A clean malt bill with some cereal grains, and a very light fruity hop finish in the nose.
T: Again, clean malts. Cereal and cracker like flavors. Fruity hops and a very light bitterness lingers.
M/D: A light body with moderate carbonation. Clean and dry, but a little on the thin side. Easy to drink, I could put a few away at the brewery.

A decent stab at a Pils. Fairly neutral overall, and just kind of average. Much better than the Helles though IMO.
