clean, slightly vinous sour from abgb. mild sourness on the nose, but tons of lemon tickles the tongue as the beer slides down. tart, but not overpoweringly so. medium to lower carbonation. quite refreshing on those 99 degree days.

On tap at the brewery. I asked if the was a Berliner Wiesse, but they said no wheat was used. So just a straight up low alcohol Wild Ale.
A: Pours a slightly hazed golden/orange color. A two finger white head forms with good retention and lace.
S: A tart and acidic bite up front. Orange rind, and lemon fruit aromas next. Slightly grainy malts. Simple, but very nice.
T: Again, simple but I really enjoy it. Up front is a substantial acidic and tart bite, followed by some fruit flavors. Lemon and orange rind for sure. Subtle cereal grains peak through here and there when the acidic character dies for a second.
M/D: A light body that is very clean and crisp. Dry and very refreshing. So easy to drink, perfect for a hot Texas summer afternoon.
Well done. Very simple and to the point, but so enjoyable. My favorite from the brewery.
