Here's yet another lager/pilsner selection from the visit in early June 2023. That style/substyle was the majority of the beers sampled that afternoon after yet another morning of disc golf.
Pours golden, good clarity, 1/4" white head, average retention. The aroma was hoppier than average pilsner, still had the noble angle going for it, the yeast was average euro-sulphur pungency, kind of wondering what the international designation is about here. I guess the yeast. The hopping type, yes, but quantity seems American craft wheelhouse for sure.
Taste and mouthfeel, oh hey, this isn't as bitter as I thought it was going to be, claimed 25ibu seems low, but I was thinking it smelled like 50, comes off closer to 30. Very good crispness interacting bitterness with 4% levity, it all works very nicely, good mouthfeel. Hits those requisite old school hop vibes with the golden waves of grain. Could easily see grabbing a six of this for easy no think summer drinking season. Gotta set goals, somehow might be able to manage a way to have a summer of fun w Dagny when its time.

16oz can filled at the brewery on 7-23-21. Opened 7-25-21.
Collaboration with Chuckanut, listed as an International Pilsner on the tap wall and website.
2+ finger white head. Fine bead and very good retention.
Straw gold with active carbonation visible. Thick lacing.
Light sulfur followed by a very spicy nose. Subtle breadiness late.
Some sweet grain and light honey initially moves to a mild and spicy hop bitterness.
Light body, medium + carbonation and soft mouthfeel. Spicy and dry finish.
Very Good.
