16oz crowler canned at the brewery 7-23-21. Opened 7-31-21.
2 finger white head, dense and long-lasting. Full and sticky lacing.
Golden with good clarity and substantial visible carbonation.
Floral and lemony aroma with a soft, bready malt (a little like brew day) backing.
Herbal/green tea with lemon and some citrus flavor with the same doughy malt. Mild but very tasty.
Light body and soft carbonation, low bitterness in a finish with a touch of sweetness.
Very Good.
