A - Dark brown, almost pitch black in color. Slight reddish tint around edges. Brown head 1 finger in width, quickly dissipating to a very thin lacing.
S - Very, very chocolaty. Almost like smelling a very dark chocolate candy bar.
T - Dark chocolate dominates throughout. Some slight toastiness to the malt flavor. Ever so slight toasted bread character with a very light bitterness in aftertaste. Bitterness increased farther down the glass. Ever so slight sweetness reminiscent of caramel but could be due to chocolate. Hint of coffee resulting in slight mocha flavor.
M - Surprisingly clean. Not as viscous as expected. Lingering, somewhat bitter, aftertaste, but does not seem to cling to tongue like some stouts that I have had.
O - One of the best chocolate/double chocolate stouts that I have had. Great to pair with food. Not sure how this would be to drink on its own.

Poor was pitch black from the tap. Carbonation was clean and tight as well. Nice dark brown lacing on the glass. Taste was very rich chocolate, with a hint of coffee notes on the back end. One of the better beers I have had from Latitude. I would recommend trying to find this one.
