Enjoyed on tap at the Delta Sky Lounge at DTW.
L: pours a dark, rich maize color with a healthy finger of head. Limited visible carbonation.
S: some metallic wafts probably due to the glassware and tap. Lots of pineapple and citrus with some sugary malts thrown in.
T: nice resiny, citrusy hops at first taste. Both lingered on the tongue and were joined by some biscuity malts.
F: nice balance of hopiness but not so much as to make it anything less than sessionable. Was served very chilled which may have affected the carbonation.
