Using natural strawberries we have produced an easy drinking fruit beer using our blonde ale.

Aroma is actually more like raspberries to me.
It looks very clear with some rose-pink colour to it. Some head.
Taste is good. I'm picking up flavour of strawberry shortcake, or is that shortbread...i dunno. I thought it might be cloyingly sweet, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that it is not. Tastes like strawberries and bread.
Mouthfeel is ok. It's fairly average in that way.
Overall I like it. I use it a lot to get non-Beer drinkers into Beer, ...tee he he. It would be good for a hot summer day, maybe with a light snack or a fruit based desert.
