A Florida Weisse fermented with fresh nectarines and lactobacillus. On tap at the brewery taproom.
Hazy, pale golden body with a decent head.
Nectarine and citrus candy in the nose, with hints of yeast and bread.
Flavor: fairly complex. Relatively sweet for style, although the moderate tartness is a bit more pronounced.
Very fruity with both orange and lemon notes leading the way. .
Too thin.
Overall: interesting.
