A hazy and juicy N.E. Style IPA made with half house yeast strain and half Belgian yeast. Juicy, hazy, hoppy and citrusy with a complex yeast character.

Serving: On tap at Intracoastal Brewing Company, served in a beer tulip glass.
Appearance: Very hazy orange gold with a lush head of white foam and rings of lace.
Smell: Juicy hop aroma with plenty of citrus, stone and tropical fruit, along with spicy notes of Belgian yeast.
Taste: Juicy fruit flavors follow from the nose: orange, grapefruit, passion fruit. Pale malt fills out the body with some nice Belgian yeast notes adding spice and esters to the mix.
Mouthfeel: Medium, creamy smooth body with moderate but softer carbonation.
Overall: A nice twist on a N.E. IPA with Belgian yeast adding some complementary spice to the mix. Went well with Intracoastal’s food truck serving Peruvian cuisine.
