Based off of the Irish Car Bomb - notes of Irish Whiskey, Irish Cream and a smooth silky roasted stout finish.

On tap at the brewery taproom.
The aroma has chocolate, dark bread, sweet cream liqueur, vanilla, with just a suggestion of coffee. The flavor is complex and not what I expected, even after sampling the aroma. It somehow carries a suggestion of an Asian food market, along with cream whisky and dates. It's a bit too sweet and has too much Irish Cream flavor.
Feel: near medium body and carbonation.
