Pours with a dark reddish-brown body and a weak, short beige head.
The wonderful aroma features bready malts while the Cinnamon (Toast cereal?) really comes out in the flavor. The flavor starts sweet bit this fades quickly with a nice bitter-sweet balance, given the flavor profile, by the finish.
Medium+ body with medium carbonation and partially hidden ABV.
