On tap at the brewery's biergarten in Melbourne, Florida. Revisited at the brewery in April 2023.
This looks, smells and tastes like a 'typical' Belgian Quad in that it has high complexity, light sweetness and mild booziness. However, it is relatively lacking in note of dark dried fruits.
Overall. Very good, especially for a quad made outside of Belgium.
