Appearance. Pours with a thick, dark brown body and a thin beige head.
This beer smells like it would be extremely sweet - not surprising for a"Creme Brulee Stout" - but tasting reveals a reasonable sweetness level with some hop bitterness evident. The flavor is dominated by chocolate and vanilla notes.
Overall. Very good dessert beer.
