Barrel-aged American wild ale with key lime and vanilla.

750ml bottle served in a SIP fest snulip. I think I bought it on Tavour.
Pours a very slightly hazy very light golden with a medium sized head and medium to low, very fine carbonation. Smell is lemon cream -- lots of vanilla.
Taste is very tart, more lemon forward, the vanilla is there for sure but it's more background than lead. I may get the slightest hint of oak or wood of some sort. Or I may imagine it.
Mouthfeel is very dry, very light, and surprisingly effervescent. The vanilla lends the ghost of a creaminess to it, which is nice as a (likely imaginary) contrast. Overall, very tasty, I like this beer.
