Mostly clear golden, medium head, lots of carbonation. Smell is tart and juicy, a bit of kettle sour? Maybe that's the habanero coming hrough.
Taste is tart, fruity, a little white winy, sweet-tart on the finish, don't really taste the habanero as a pepper flavor, just as a hint of heat.
Mouthfeel is *very* dry. Overall, it's pretty god. The heat builds up if you drink it fast enough, but it fades between sips if you take your time.
