Had this beer at alefort in Boise Idaho this past weekend.
Aroma- Caramel with light coffee but the nut comes in.
Apperance- Ok on the head. Black as can be. cloudy.
taste- medium in sweetness for a stout. light in bitterness. I can taste the roasted malt in there.
Palate- Ok on the co2. thick in the mouth.
Finish is long. I like that part alot.
Overall- Tim and Bob did a nice job on this. Keep it up.

Served in a tall 14 oz. glass.
This is a damn fine stout with abundant roasty flavor and an unusually fruity nose. It is opaque with nice lace.
O'Leary's was my first beer after driving 400 miles from Portland. It delivered the goods en masse and was enormously satisfying. Its not quite as dry as some Irish stouts and its not served on nitro, but it is well conceived and skillfully crafted from start to finish. Highly recommended.
