Brown/amber, filtered clear. Half inch of head dissipates quickly leaving lace traces.

Smell is citrus & pine, but tempered and not overwhelming. Certainly strong and hoppy but subdued compared to others.

Taste is nicely balanced overall with some sweet honey and grainy malt to balance the citrus hops. Finish is dry if a little short.

Mouthfeel is god. This is an excellent example of a Pacific/Upper-Rockies IPA.

This arrived with a thin, bone-white head with light retention. The color was a cloudy medium-amber. The nose was more yeasty than hoppy. The mouthfeel was medium with a light hop taste in the mouth. The finish had a more malty than hoppy flavor. Perhaps they intended this to be an English-style IPA?
