Growler tag says 4 malt and 3 German Hop varieties... Czech Saaz, German Select, and Spalt. IBU 52.2. Pours with an okay off white head... no real lacing, but the cap is nice... and the brew is a crystal clear orange.
Nose is bready pale malts with a good noble hop profile... plenty of grassy/sorta spicy hop aromas.
Flavor begins with an expected lite bitter bite and moves quickly into a sorta toasty biscuit element... hops are still grassy yet have a prominent floral note.. pretty clean throughout makes another sip a no brainer.. Body is plus side of medium and carbonation may be a tad light.... but there are no flaws and I am digging it for sure.
No real alcohol.. just a very drinkable (big) brew for a very nice price tag. A tad too malty for my palate, but that is a minor bitch... A bit more flavor hops and bitterness throughout would have taken this one over the top for me. Really, I appreciate this brew and need to hit up Table Rock alot more than I do.
