Served in a Boulevard tulip. My first attempt at a review, received in a recent box from an awesome BA, thanks Scotchboy!
A: This is an amber color beer, with only a little white head sticking around.
S: I get a sweeter smell from the malt portion, and some citrus and floral notes from the hops.
T: There is a really nice hop presence here and it has a pretty bitter follow through. The sweeter malt is present for me at first and then the hops take over... a nice blend.
MF: Nice carbonation in this one, as well as a dry finish.
O: This was a nice IPA from the Mountain region! The flavors worked pretty well for me to give a good hop presence while also maintaining some malt identity too. This one doesn't show the alcohol off in the taste, so it makes it seem like it's not really there so much. I could see myself drinking this fairly regularly if it were available to me all the time.

On tap @ brew pub. Served in a pint glass.
A: Suprisingly pale appearance, a cloudy yellow straw color with white lacing.
S: Very floral and perfumey, not quite West Coast but still bitter, pungent, and dry smelling.
T: Good sharp hop notes, and the dryness is mid-tongue; it really doesn't finish with that overwhelming West Coast dryness. Bits of pale malt character creep through the piney, earthy hop bitterness.
MF: Light, dry mouthfeel, with crisp carbonation.
O: A pretty enjoyable brew and a fine American IPA. Alcohol is well hidden and this brew is fairly sessionable.

Entering this in as a new beer as this is a completely different version from Table Rock's old Hop Head. It even says Version 2.0 on the growler tag.
Pours with a fluffy long lasting white head... Nice clear golden brew... great lacing.
Nose hits you with bunches of proper American hops.... citrus and pine... pretty pungent really... smells fairly dry... Very American.
Great bitterness from front to back ... only hints of pale malts mid palate that are pummeled by citrus and piney hops.. Great example of a PNW IPA.. lite body with a good carbonation.
This is a fantastic IPA... I am very happy Table Rock is not pulling any punches... their brews have skyrocketed in quality in the last couple years.
