Fermented in oak with our house saison yeast and naturally conditioned with Brettanomyces. This saison is the first oak-fermented product released from our new barrel facility.

Look: Orange/copper clear with 2 inch white head. Medium high carbonation.
Smell: Cherries, blackberries, bananas, and cloves.
Taste: Hay, funk, cherries, blackberries, bananas, and cloves.
Mouthfeel: Medium and complex.
Overall: A solid Belgian saison from Arizona Wilderness. The Belgian yeast takes over the beer.
