Had on-tap at The Beer Temple as a run-up to an invitational event organized by Half Acre for brewers not distributed much in Illinois. Kegged 9/13.
I am the first review and the other ratings are from a 2014 release. Given that the brewer lists four rarely combined flavorings (chamomile, coriander, flowers and red berries), I speculate the 2018 recipe is different. All four certainly are an interesting combination with a wheaty malt and a few hops. But there was some interaction in the after-taste and these flavors did not work together for me. But it was a nice, soft wit.
My first from the Wilderness, I went on their site and they have an impressive menu of beers and food. The menu might suggest some pairings.
