Desert Lavender Saison

I really like lavender, but it can overpower things pretty quickly. Thankfully, it's used with a light hand here, adding just a light floral touch. Base saison is, well, basic, though not necessarily in a bad way. Malt character is a little more solid than in a few of their other saisons, offering slight, almost caramel-like sweetness. Hops are restrained. Lavender offers nuance. Overall, a solid enough saison, not especially "rustic", the yeast fairly clean and inoffensive, but nothing you'd be sad to drink.
